AquaGold fine touch is a microneedling device. The device has 20 gold-plated stainless steel microneedles which can deliver a precise amount of a drug or other biologic agent just below the surface of your skin.
Each microneedle is only 130 micrometers wide, which is thinner than a strand of human hair. These needles create tiny channels in your skin, allowing us to more effectively deliver treatment. Dr. Galitzin typically recommends this procedure for milder, superficial conditions or to complement other skin treatments, such as laser skin resurfacing.
