What is a PicoSure Session Like?
Your PicoSure session will take about 30 minutes to perform, depending on the extent of your treatment. While most patients do not need a topical anesthetic, we do offer a numbing medication upon request.
Although some initial redness can occur as a result of treatment, most patients can resume their normal routine immediately following a session. Some patients may need to plan to spend the remainder of the day resting. Our team can determine whether you need to rest or take any other special measures following your treatment session.
Some patients may need up to six treatments to achieve their desired results. We may recommend separating treatment sessions by up to eight weeks, depending on your skin type.
