Radiesse Hand Rejuvenation

Introduction

Introduction to Radiesse Hand Rejuvenation

One of the most age-telling features of our bodies is our hands. They tell our story, the places we have been, and the work we’ve done, and because they are so full of life and memories, they tend to take the brunt of unwanted wear and tear. As collagen begins to break down on the backs of our hands, a visible impact occurs, which results in crinkly skin and bulging veins. Not all hope is lost if your hands tell stories of years that haven’t arrived yet. At Skin Care at 5th Avenue, we offer a state-of-the-art solution for your hands with a procedure called RADIESSE. The simple treatment is a dermal filler that is injected into the skin and has natural-looking results that can last up to one year with a single treatment. Dr. Galitzin’s hand treatments also include intense pulsed light (IPL) laser treatment to diminish brown spots. These combined treatments can ensure that your hands look beautiful even as you age.

We are proud to offer RADIESSE for hand rejuvenation from our home base in Peachtree City, GA providing the treatment for patients in surrounding communities such as the greater Atlanta area, Newnan, and Fayetteville.

What is Radiesse Hand Rejuvenation?

RADIESSE Hand Rejuvenation works by stimulating natural collagen production to restore fullness to the backs of the hand. The treatment is a longer-lasting dermal filler that not only fills lines and wrinkles but also helps rebuild skin below the surface to add volume and restore youthfulness over time. RADIESSE is a synthetic version of calcium hydroxylapatite, a natural compound found in the body. Because it is non-animal-based and free from animal protein, it is a safe and effective treatment that does not require allergy testing. RADIESSE is the only FDA-approved dermal filler to restore volume to the backs of the hands; there is no need to travel out of state for this sought-out treatment, as we offer it right here outside Atlanta in Peachtree City, GA.
