Dr. Galitzin will speak to your Group
Dr. Galitzin or Dr. Herman of our medical staff are available for lectures, seminars and events to provide services or information. Please call our reception staff for dates of availability.

Special Events
We are happy to offer special service discounts to parties of four or more. If you are interested in planning a luncheon or evening event at Skin Care at 5^thAve. for a group, our staff will work with you to include the services you desire. We require a 50% deposit at the time of booking and a 48 hour cancellation policy is required for groups. Check dates with our reception staff to attend on of our informational seminars on the latest surgical and non-surgical treatments to age well.

Executive Wellness Program
The Skin Care at 5^thAve. Executive Wellness Program provides a comprehensive health assessment that combines the medical spa and the medical group to provide individuals with the information to optimize their health. Each program is created for the individual and their specific health needs, which can include lab and radiological testing or personal nutritional consulting. This service is provided by our medical physician, Dr. Helen Hecht. Please speak with the reception staff for more information.

Payment for Services
Due to the elective nature of our cosmetic medical services, they are not eligible for payment under health plans of any sort. Payment is expected at the time of services. Payment may be received by cash, check card, VISA or MasterCard. Care Credit, a finance plan for the aesthetic industry, is available and terms may be arranged during the time of your initial consultation. Package pricing is available when multiple procedures are performed to assure best pricing for your services.
